AI Solution Architect

We’re currently working with a team looking to bring on an AI Solutions Architect to help design and scale modern AI applications powering internal tools and workflows.

This is a highly technical role focused on building real-world AI systems from the ground up, ideal for someone who enjoys owning architecture while staying hands-on in engineering and implementation.

Location: Dallas, TX

Compensation: Up to $220K base + strong overall package

The Role:

* Design and deploy intelligent agent-based applications and AI workflows

* Build scalable AI systems spanning LLMs, orchestration layers, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and backend services

* Integrate AI functionality into existing platforms, applications, and operational tooling

* Help shape technical direction and best practices around modern AI development

* Work closely with engineering and leadership teams to identify and implement high-impact AI solutions

* Stay hands-on across prototyping, architecture, deployment, and optimization of AI applications in production

Requirements:

* Proven experience building and deploying AI applications into production

* Strong experience with multi-agent systems and AI orchestration

* Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar tooling

* Strong cloud and infrastructure experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP

* Experience integrating AI into existing systems and environments

* Strong hands-on engineering background with the ability to operate at both strategic and technical levels
