Working As An AI Solution Architect, You Will

* Design end-to-end architectures for GenAI/LLM-driven solutions across numerous business scenarios

* Interpret business and architecture requirements and convert them into practical technical designs

* Partner with TPMs and engineering teams to steer delivery, address risks, and maintain alignment

* Develop reusable and scalable solution patterns that can be leveraged across teams and domains

* Prioritize rapid value delivery in early stages while contributing to long-term architectural standards

* Support planning across multiple releases, including feasibility analysis from POC to MVP

* Contribute to architectural governance forums as standards and best practices evolve

Qualifications

* 4-10 years of experience designing or building AI-enabled systems

* Hands-on work with LLM-based applications, RAG approaches, and vector databases

* Experience with agent-based workflows and Python AI ecosystems (e.g., modern orchestration frameworks)

* Proven ability to design modular, flexible architectures rather than monolithic solutions

* Experience evaluating complex, multi-layer systems (e.g., data ingestion, ETL, AI components, optional UI/UX)

* Strong analytical thinking and ability to propose practical, efficient solutions

* Comfortable collaborating across distributed teams and time zones

* Ability to support multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high quality

* Strong technical credibility with confidence to advise and challenge engineering teams
