We are looking for a hands-on AI Solution Architect to drive the execution of specific product features within our Agentic SDLC. This role combines the responsibilities of a Product Owner and Solution Architect, ensuring that AI agents and engineering teams collaborate effectively at the feature level. You will architect/orchestrate daily agent workflows, refine prompts, manage dependencies, and validate AI-generated outputs before production release.

You are accountable for turning strategy into shipped, production-ready AI-assisted features.

Key Responsibilities

Agentic Workflow Execution

* Manage daily execution of Agentic flows across Inception, Construction, and Production.

* Coordinate interactions between specific AI agents to ensure seamless hand-offs.

* Configure, test, and refine agent prompts and tools.

* Identify workflow friction and continuously optimize agent collaboration.

* Spanish speaking is mandatory

Feature Ownership

* Translate product roadmap into clear feature-level requirements.

* Maintain and prioritize the backlog for your domain.

* Define acceptance criteria for AI-generated deliverables.

* Validate AI-generated refactoring plans and feature packages.

Agile Delivery Leadership

* Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

* Track dependencies across cross-functional teams.

* Monitor delivery milestones and ensure production readiness.

* Lead “Gate Reviews” and Demos before release.

Human-in-the-Loop Governance

* Act as the final reviewer of critical AI outputs.

* Ensure compliance with quality and architectural standards.

* Escalate risks related to Brownfield integration and legacy systems.

Requirements

Essential Experience

* Strong experience as AI Solution Architect/Product Owner.

* Experience working with LLM-based agents or AI-assisted development tools.

* Practical understanding of Agile – their inclusion in end to end SDLC, cross-functional delivery environments.

* Ability to structure prompts and validate AI-generated results.

Technical Skills (Strong Plus)

* Ability to read/write code (Java, Python, Scripting preferred).

* Experience troubleshooting AI-generated outputs during Construction phase.

* Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and observability tools.
