Job Title: AI Software Engineer

Compensation: $175,000 - $200,000 base + equity

Location: Remote (US)

As GenAI systems become more intricate and business-critical, engineering teams need transparent, reliable infrastructure to validate performance, monitor behavior, and ensure real-world reliability. About the Role:

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced full-stack AI engineer who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments. You’ll work across the stack - from UI to backend to AI integrations - owning feature delivery end-to-end. You'll play a key role in shaping the architecture, contributing to core platform capabilities, and bringing new GenAI-powered features to production.

What You’ll Do:

* Design and ship production-grade Generative AI capabilities

* Build full-stack features using TypeScript, React, and Node.js

* Develop observability and AI-tracing systems for complex AI workflows

* Own feature delivery from requirements to implementation and iteration

* Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and leadership

* Improve performance, reliability, and quality of AI-driven systems

* Contribute to internal frameworks and reusable components

* Lead and participate in technical discussions and code reviews

What You’ll Bring:

* Ample full-stack software engineering experience

* Proven experience with LLM-powered applications, agents, or workflows

* Strong skills in TypeScript, React, and Node.js

* Familiarity with GenAI development patterns (RAG, embeddings, vector search)

* Hands-on with orchestration tools (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, etc.)

* Ability to operate autonomously and make pragmatic technical decisions

* Strong debugging, architecture, and performance tuning skills

Tech Stack:

* TypeScript / React / Node.js/Python

* LLM orchestration tools: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex

* Observability: OpenTelemetry, custom tracing systems

* GenAI integrations and evaluation frameworks
