About the Role

We’re looking for an AI-Savvy Consultant  to take end-to-end ownership of client engagements and contribute deep analysis, synthesis, and presentation skills to our work. This is a player-coach role: you’ll work closely with clients on complex strategic problems ensuring that quality, rigor, and client relationships are in good hands.

You’ll also be a key driver of how Aytza operates: shaping the tools, workflows, and methods that define what AI-native consulting looks like in practice. You won’t just use our AI infrastructure; you’ll help build and improve it.

This role is remote with Eastern Time business hours preferred and occasional travel (up to 20%) to meet clients and the team in person.

What You’ll DoEngagement Management

* Own end-to-end delivery of client engagements, from problem structuring through bringing the best of Aytza’s toolset, deep analysis and  final recommendations

* Translate ambiguous, high-stakes questions into clear hypotheses, analyses, and workplans

* Drive rigorous, data-informed insights and synthesize them into executive-level recommendations

* Manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations across multiple active engagements

* Oversee AI agent workflows — provide senior QC and judgment on outputs generated by AI tools

* Maintain high standards of analytical rigor, structured thinking, and clear communication across all work

* Create a culture of learning: give feedback and share insight to help team members grow

Client Management

* Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building trusted relationships with CEOs and executives

* Navigate complex stakeholder environments with good judgment and clear communication

* Proactively manage client expectations and surface issues early

AI-Native Delivery and Tool Development

* Actively use and help develop Aytza’s AI-powered tools and workflows

* Identify where AI can improve the speed, rigor, or quality of strategic work and implement those improvements

* Partner with leadership to refine our consulting model, building assets, frameworks, and methods that scale

* Feed learnings from engagements back into Aytza’s tool stack and knowledge base

What We’re Looking For

You’ve done strategy consulting work focused on healthcare innovation, new markets, pricing, M&A, and growth, and have led teams and projects. You’re energized by AI and see it as a genuine lever for a new way of working, not a threat and not a gimmick. You know how to manage up (clients and leadership team) and manage down (junior team members and AI agents), and you’re comfortable operating in an environment where the playbook is still being written.

You Bring…

* 3+  years of experience in strategy consulting,with meaningful experience at a leading consulting or healthcare advisory firm

* A track record of delivering complex strategy work end-to-end

* Experience at a leading exceptional structured problem-solving, with strong written and verbal communication skills

* Healthcare industry experience preferred (payer, provider, digital health, biotech, pharma, or devices)

* You’re an AI power user -  fluent in prompt engineering and actively curious about how new tools can change the way work gets done

* Comfortable operating without predefined playbooks, with a bias toward action and iteration

You’ll Stand Out If You Have…

* At least 2 years in an engagement leadership or equivalent role

* Experience managing and developing junior team members

* Experience working in healthcare startups across multiple stages of growth

* Experience building or actively contributing to AI-enabled workflows or tools, not just using them
