AI Sales Internship

ColdAI is building AI-native software products and agentic systems for the next generation of business. Our portfolio includes products across AI automation, enterprise software, AI agents, mental health technology, and intelligent business infrastructure.
We are looking for an ambitious Sales Intern who wants to learn how early-stage AI companies acquire customers, build pipelines, reach investors, and close opportunities.
Role Overview
As a Sales Intern at ColdAI, you will support our founder-led sales and business development efforts. You will help identify potential customers, research leads, support outbound campaigns, assist with CRM organization, and contribute to sales materials for ColdAI’s products and services.
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to startup sales, AI software, B2B outreach, investor communications, and growth strategy.
This internship is 6 months and unpaid, unless you manage to get customers. Then you will be given a comission.
Responsibilities
* Research potential customers, partners, investors, and strategic leads
* Build and maintain lead lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, Google, and other tools
* Support outbound email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
* Help write and improve cold emails, pitch messages, and sales scripts
* Assist with CRM updates, lead tracking, and pipeline organization
* Analyze potential customer segments and identify decision-makers
* Support preparation of pitch decks, sales one-pagers, and proposal materials
* Join sales strategy discussions and learn founder-led selling in practice
* Track outreach performance and suggest improvements
Requirements
* Strong interest in AI, startups, sales, business development, or SaaS
* Excellent written communication skills in English
* Comfortable researching companies and people online
* Self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn fast
* Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, CRM tools, or outreach tools is a plus
* Prior sales experience is helpful but not required
