The Opportunity

We are looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial AI Intern to join our Marketing & Sales team for 6 months (32–40 hours per week).

Here is the honest brief: we know we want to build an AI-powered CRM enrichment and GTM operations tool that helps our sales and marketing team move faster, target smarter, and scale more efficiently. What exactly it looks like and how it works is part of what you will figure out with us.

If you are the kind of person who thrives in that ambiguity, who gets excited about designing a system from scratch rather than following a playbook, and who combines genuine technical ability with commercial curiosity, this role is for you.

What You'll Work On

There is no fixed task list. But the problem space is clear: today our sales and marketing team spends too much time on manual research, inconsistent data, and outreach that is not as targeted as it could be. Your job is to change that using out of the box tools and AI.

Depending on where you and the team find the most leverage, your work might include:

* Designing the GTM ops tool: Mapping out what our sales and marketing team actually needs — what data, what signals, what automations — and translating that into a working system inside or alongside HubSpot CRM.

* Building CRM enrichment workflows: Sourcing, cleaning, and enriching prospect data at scale using AI tools so that every record in our CRM is accurate, complete, and actionable.

* Automating lead segmentation: Building logic that automatically categorises and prioritises prospects based on firmographic data, technographic signals, and buying intent — so reps always know who to call first.

* Setting up signal monitoring: Identifying the triggers that indicate a prospect is ready to engage — review trends, job postings, technology changes, market events — and routing them into the right sales or marketing workflow.

* Measuring and iterating: Tracking what works, documenting findings, and turning experiments into repeatable playbooks the team can use long after your internship ends.

Who You Are

* A student or recent graduate in Business, Data, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (BSc or MSc level) — or someone who can prove they build things and figure things out.

* Technically strong enough to work with APIs, data pipelines, and automation tools. You do not need to be a developer, but you cannot be afraid of the technical side.

* Genuinely excited about AI — you experiment with tools in your own time and you follow what is happening in the space.

* Commercially curious — you care about why sales and marketing efficiency matters, not just how to build things.

* Comfortable with ambiguity — you can take an open-ended problem, form your own hypothesis, and start building.

* Familiar with or eager to learn tools like HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, and similar platforms.

* Strong communicator — you can present what you are building, explain your thinking, and document your work so others can build on it.

* Bonus: experience with no-code automation (Make, Zapier, n8n), CRM administration, or data enrichment tools.
