About the Role
We’re looking for someone with a neutral, conversational American accent to help train our conversational AI through fun scripted as well as unscripted Zoom chats. Your voice will help shape how AI sounds and connects with people.
What You’ll Do
* Chat on Zoom with our Data Partners from across the world, often on casual, everyday topics to help train our AI.
* Collaborate with researchers and engineers to refine the naturalness and personality of AI voices.
* Represent General American speech patterns in conversational AI.
What You’ll Bring
* A background in sales, real estate, or customer service - experience holding a conversation, handling objections, and keeping people engaged is the #1 thing we're looking for.
* A neutral American accent
* Clear, confident, and expressive communication style.
* A quiet recording environment and reliable internet connection.
* (Bonus) Background in acting, podcasting, radio, or voiceover.
We're especially interested in someone who
* Has worked in client-facing roles and knows how to read the room, and keep a conversation warm and on track
* Stays composed and creative under pressure, so if a conversation goes sideways, you know how to bring it back on track
* Are simply told they have a great, easy-to-listen-to voice
* No prior voice acting experience required, as long as you are warm, expressive, and easy to talk to
Compensation & Rights
* Pay: $75-90K fixed annual rate, depending on experience, with health insurance.
* Royalties: After the platform’s commercial release, you’ll earn $0.001 per minute of AI-generated content using your voice — paid quarterly, in perpetuity.
* Participant agreement includes transparent terms around rights, usage, and ethical limitations.
