Role Overview

This is a full-time remote position for the AI Sales Consultant role at Majara. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging new business opportunities, offering solutions tailored to client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Daily tasks include conducting consultations, building client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with client objectives. You will also provide expertise in customer service and help clients maximize value from Majara’s products and services.

NOTE: This position is 100% commission-based pay. Pay reflects in results.

Day-to-Day Requirements:

* Find prospective clients and build a database of clients from scratch

* Conduct outreach calls daily and set appointments

* Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial outreach call to discovery to closing

* Build strong relationships and maintain healthy partnerships with our clients

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree preferred but not a requirement - Experience and a drive for results are essential

* Proven skills in Sales to identify and address client needs

* Strong capabilities in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build and maintain trust with clients

* Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas and foster client relationships

* Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple accounts

* Experience or understanding of AI technology and its business applications is a plus but not required (AI learning sessions will be provided for onboarding)
