AI Red Teaming Specialist – Dutch (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking Dutch-speaking AI Specialists to support the testing and improvement of advanced AI systems. In this role, you will evaluate AI models by designing prompts, analyzing model responses, and identifying potential weaknesses or unexpected behavior.

You will collaborate with language experts, QA specialists, and data scientists to help ensure that AI systems perform accurately, safely, and reliably in Dutch.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong language skills and an interest in artificial intelligence, model evaluation, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

* Complete training related to AI, machine learning, and large language model evaluation guidelines

* Test AI systems by creating prompts designed to explore model limitations or vulnerabilities

* Evaluate AI responses for linguistic accuracy, safety, and relevance

* Assist in automated AI testing and vulnerability assessments

* Adapt to evolving project requirements and testing guidelines

* Stay informed about developments in AI model capabilities and potential risks

Qualifications

* Fluent in Dutch and English (reading and writing)

* Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics

* Experience in AI testing, data annotation, model evaluation, or content review is preferred

* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

* High attention to detail and strong research capabilities

* Ability to write in different tones, perspectives, and contexts when testing AI responses
