We are looking for Dutch + English language experts based in the Netherlands to join our global AI Red Teaming team. In this role, you will help test and improve the safety of large language models by crafting prompts, identifying vulnerabilities, and evaluating AI responses.

Key Responsibilities

• Write creative prompts to test AI model safety and guardrails

• Evaluate and improve AI-generated content (Dutch & English)

• Collaborate with linguists, QA, and project teams

• Conduct research and support model testing workflows

• Meet productivity and quality targets

Requirements

• Native-level Dutch + strong English writing skills

• Based in the Netherlands

• Excellent grammar, tone, and language understanding

• Creative thinking and strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working with sensitive/NSFW content

• Ability to follow evolving guidelines

Important Note

This role involves AI safety testing (Red Teaming) and may include exposure to sensitive or policy-violating content.
