Ai Prompt Engineer - Remote

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled AI Prompt Engineer to design, optimize, and evaluate prompts for large language models (LLMs) and generative AI systems. This role focuses on improving model performance, ensuring high-quality outputs, and aligning AI behavior with business objectives.

The ideal candidate understands how AI models interpret instructions and can craft structured prompts that generate accurate, relevant, and context-aware responses.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, test, and optimize prompts for LLMs and generative AI systems

* Develop structured prompt frameworks for various use cases (content generation, reasoning, summarization, code generation, etc.)

* Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, tone, and alignment

* Refine prompts to reduce hallucinations and improve reliability

* Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve AI workflows

* Create documentation and best practices for prompt engineering

* Analyze model behavior and implement iterative improvements

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Linguistics, or related field

* Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems

* Experience working with AI tools such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent written communication skills

* Ability to experiment and iterate on prompt structures

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Python or scripting languages

* Familiarity with NLP concepts

* Experience in AI evaluation or model alignment

* Understanding of prompt chaining and system prompts

* Knowledge of AI safety and bias mitigation
