The Role of AI Project Manager

We are looking for a AI Project Manager to work directly with the CEO, supporting the structuring and execution of operations across product, business, and client delivery.

This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role. You will be in the room where decisions are made, and you will be expected to drive execution, not just track it. Think of it as a Founders Associate role: deeply cross-functional, fast-paced, with real responsibility from day one.

Your Responsibilities:

Execution & coordination : 

* Own and maintain roadmaps across product, tech, and business

* Ensure priorities and timelines are met, flag risks early

* Coordinate internal teams and external partners

Operations & structuring : 

* Set up and maintain internal tools (Notion, Slack, CRM, etc.)

* Structure and improve processes: reporting, project tracking, documentation

* Drive operational efficiency as the team scales

Product & client support : 

* Support client onboarding, projects, and deployments

* Help formalize needs, use cases, and feedback loops

* Act as a bridge between users, product, and tech team

Communication & content : 

* Prepare investor, client, and partner presentations

* Produce structured documents, memos, and summaries

* Contribute to internal and external content production

Profile

* Master's degree (business school, engineering, finance, or equivalent)

* 2–4 years of experience in project management, consulting, investment, or a fast-growing startup

* First experience with data applied to finance, private equity, or investment management is a strong plus

* Genuine interest in AI tools, LLMs, and automation

Skills

* Excellent English, written and spoken — this is a working language

* Highly organized, detail-oriented, zero tolerance for vagueness

* Strong synthesis and communication — you write clearly and concisely

* Comfort with data: Excel, basic SQL, dashboards — you are not afraid of a spreadsheet

* Curiosity for AI tools: LLMs, automation, no-code workflows — you experiment, you learn

* Entrepreneurial mindset: high ownership, low ego, bias for action
