AI Product Manager (Remote, US)

Rex.zone is hiring an AI Product Manager to define and deliver AI-powered product outcomes for US-based customers. You will own the roadmap, translate user needs into ML requirements, shape data strategy, and lead evaluation and iteration loops from prototype to production.

What You Will Do

* Define product vision, PRDs, milestones, and success metrics for LLM/ML features

* Partner with ML engineering and data science on model selection, fine-tuning, and evaluation design

* Drive data strategy: dataset planning, taxonomy design, training data quality, and labeling operations

* Lead experimentation: offline metrics, human evaluation, prompt evaluation, A/B testing, and RLHF-style feedback loops

* Collaborate on responsible AI guardrails, content safety, risk assessment, and mitigations

* Ensure production readiness with MLOps, monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

* Mid-Senior experience shipping software products with measurable outcomes

* Strong product execution: clear PRDs, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder alignment

* Comfort with ML concepts (training/eval splits, precision/recall, ranking metrics, calibration)

* Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, operations, legal/security

Preferred Qualifications

* LLM applications experience (RAG, agents, tool use)

* Familiarity with RLHF and human-in-the-loop evaluation programs

* Experience with annotation vendors/BPOs and QA processes

* Knowledge of MLOps, drift/latency monitoring, and quality regression tracking
