About the Role

We are looking for a visionary AI Product Lead to define and drive the strategy of our Agentic Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

This role owns the end-to-end AI product vision, ensuring our autonomous AI agents collaborate effectively with engineering teams to deliver high-value software at scale.

You will not only manage a product — you will shape how AI transforms software engineering in complex environments, including Legacy Modernization and Brownfield Integration use cases.

You are responsible for defining what we build, why we build it, and how success is measured in an AI-assisted development ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Product Strategy & Vision

* Define the long-term vision and roadmap for the Agentic SDLC.

* Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and AI capability maturity.

* Establish KPIs for productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and adoption.

* Drive evolution from traditional SDLC to AI-assisted and semi-autonomous delivery models.

2️⃣ Executive & Stakeholder Leadership

* Act as the primary bridge between engineering, AI research, and senior leadership (Domain Committee / C-level).

* Translate AI outputs and agent decisions into strategic business language.

* Lead executive updates, strategic reviews, and incident retrospectives.

* Define governance frameworks for AI-assisted development.

3️⃣ Agentic Operating Model Ownership

* Design the Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) governance framework.

* Define how agents operate across Inception, Construction, and Production.

* Establish quality gates and approval models for AI-generated deliverables.

* Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Architecture.

4️⃣ Change Management & Adoption

* Lead the organizational transition from manual development to AI-assisted engineering.

* Define training, enablement, and adoption strategies.

* Ensure engineering teams feel empowered — not replaced — by AI agents.

Requirements

Essential Experience

* Proven experience leading AI-driven or LLM-powered product initiatives.

* Strong background in Product Leadership within Agile environments.

* Experience defining governance frameworks for AI or automation systems.

* Executive communication experience (C-level exposure required).

* Deep understanding of Agentic AI concepts (A2A, MCP, prompt engineering, workflow design).

Technical Understanding

* Working knowledge of software engineering practices and SDLC.

* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps environments.

* Ability to interpret AI-generated outputs and validate decision logic.

Leadership Traits

* Strategic thinker with systems mindset.

* Strong decision-making capability in ambiguous environments.

* Resilient and comfortable in experimental AI ecosystems.

* Clear communicator capable of explaining “why the AI made this decision.”
