* Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

* Review AI-generated content for bias, safety, and ethical alignment

* Classify outputs based on fairness, accuracy, and compliance criteria

* Flag content that could be harmful, misleading, or inappropriate

* Provide structured written feedback on policy-related issues

* Work across diverse topics and content types

* Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

* Interest in ethics, policy, or fairness topics

* Able to evaluate nuanced content objectively

* Clear written communication skills

* No prior AI or policy experience required
