About the Role

We are hiring an AI Operations Lead, GTM to own how AI is applied across the revenue organization. This is a builder, product manager role embedded within GTM.

You will operate as the internal owner of AI systems for GTM, partnering closely with the CRO and GTM leadership to identify high-impact problems, define solutions and build working systems that improve pipeline quality, deal progression and win rates. You will turn ambiguous revenue problems into deployed AI systems that are used daily by Account Executives (AEs).

What You’ll Do

Internal Ownership of Actively for Actively

* Serve as the internal owner of Actively for Actively’s own revenue organisation

* Deploy and operate Actively internally as the system of intelligence for GTM

* Translate CRO and sales priorities into how Actively should be configured and used day to day

* Act as the primary interface between GTM and Product by operationalising Actively in a real sales environment

* Ensure Actively is deeply embedded into AE workflows and driving measurable revenue impact

* Push boundaries for what our product can do, setting the tone for organisations we sell to and making our revenue org a living breathing example of what best in class AI-Native sales is

AI Systems for Revenue Execution

* Build and deploy AI-driven solutions on top of Actively and adjacent systems to improve how our revenue org operates day to day across individual contributors, leaders, functions and our CRO/Executive operating cadences

* Must be able to independently build and prototype these solutions and systems end-to-end, even if not at production-grade, with support from engineering as needed

* Examples include:

* Deal progression intelligence

* Stage accuracy and pipeline hygiene

* Next-best-action systems

* Account prioritisation and signal enrichment

* Forecasting

* Post sales

* Automated solutions

Problem Definition and System Design

* Translate GTM problems into clear system definitions

* Define inputs, outputs, logic and success criteria

* Write lightweight, execution-ready specs

* Move from problem → system → deployment quickly

Sprint-Based Execution with GTM

* Run fast iteration cycles aligned to immediate sales needs

* Partner directly with Sales leaders to prioritise highest leverage problems

* Continuously refine systems based on real usage and feedback

Internal AI Tooling Ownership

* Own the broader AI tooling stack used by the revenue team

* Ensure systems are usable, adopted and driving measurable outcomes

* Act as the bridge between GTM, Product and Engineering

Revenue Impact

* Drive improvements in:

* Conversion rates across funnel stages

* Deal velocity

* Forecast accuracy

* Focus on measurable impact, not output

Who You Are

* 2–5 years of experience in roles such as Product Management, RevOps, Sales Ops, Consulting, former Founder or GTM operator in early-stage companies

* Strong technical fluency with solid systems thinking; comfortable working with data, SQL, APIs, AI agent logic, prompt engineering and solutions automation

* Product-minded; able to translate ambiguous problems into clear inputs, outputs, and workflows

* Builder; able to build functional systems and solutions independently, even if not production-grade

* AI-forward; hands-on experience experimenting with LLMs, automation, and emerging AI tool

* Familiarity with GTM workflows including how sales teams operate across pipeline, deal progression, and forecasting

* Experience working with GTM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, Chili Piper, BigQuery, Sigma or equivalent platforms

* Comfort working across Product, Engineering, FDEs and GTM teams in a highly cross-functional environment

* Customer-obsessed problem solver who thrives on building trust and driving measurable business outcomes

* Acts as an early AI champion; proactively brings new ideas and capabilities into the organisation

Nice to Have

* Prior experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment

* Experience building or deploying AI solutions in a production or near-production environment

* Familiarity with sales methodologies and pipeline management concepts (e.g. MEDDICC, forecasting frameworks)

* Experience driving measurable improvements in funnel conversion, pipeline quality, or deal velocity

Compensation Range: : $130,000 USD - $160,000 USD
