About The Role

We are hiring a Head of AI to lead our transition toward becoming an AI-native organisation, leveraging automation and AI across our growing portfolio of acquired businesses to drive value creation.

The role is structured in two phases

Phase 1 Focuses On Delivering Clear Proof Points That

* We can turn our M&A Origination from AI-enabled to truly AI-native.

* We can drive meaningful revenue growth by upselling AI-enabled and AI-developed features and products across the portfolio.

Phase 2 builds on this foundation to scale AI adoption across the portfolio. The Head of AI will leverage AI to increase revenues, reduce costs, improve operational efficiency, and drive retention.

What You’ll Do

High-Priority Workstream Execution

* Lead Phase 1 AI transformation initiatives focused on automating critical workflows and replacing legacy platforms with AI-native solutions

* Identify and execute highest-impact automation opportunities

* Own end-to-end implementation from scoping to deployment

Hands-On Development & Technical Delivery

* Build prototypes or working solutions with low/no/vibe code tooling

* Work directly with engineers to build and ship automation solutions

* Design workflows, integrate AI tools, and optimize processes with minimal overhead

* Rapidly prototype and iterate based on user feedback

AI Adoption & Enablement

* Upskill core teams on AI tools relevant to their specific workflows

* Drive adoption of automation solutions through hands-on training and support

* Embed AI-first thinking in day-to-day operations

Impact Measurement

* Define success metrics for each workstream

* Track ROI, time savings, and revenue impact of deployed solutions

* Report progress on Phase 1 proof points to leadership

Who You Are

* 5-10 years experience, ideally within a product facing or internal tooling role

* You are highly analytical & pragmatic with high attention to detail

* You are a strong communicator

* Exceptional command of English

* Can communicate with both technical and non-technical people effortlessly with proven history of strong stakeholder management (upwards, downwards)

* You have experience within a scaling or high growth company.
