We are looking for an AI Operations Accelerator.

Target total compensation ranges from $90,000 - $121,000, including a fixed annual salary of $85,000 - $110,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

ABOUT THE ROLE

At Rokt, we believe the best operators don't just run systems - they reinvent them. As an AI Operations Accelerator, you'll join Rokt Operations, the team responsible for accelerating client impact, protecting the customer experience, and reducing friction so we can operate at 5x speed.

This is a role for curious problem-solvers who want to learn fast, build real skills, and make an impact early in their career.

You’ll start by getting hands-on experience with our products, systems, and workflows - learning how the business operates from the inside out. From there, you’ll work on real operational challenges across areas like client launches, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and internal tooling. You'll use AI, automation, and creative thinking to improve how work gets done.

Most early-career roles define a narrow scope. This one doesn't. You’ll gain exposure to many parts of the business and the chance to work on high-impact projects from day one. In your first year, you could automate a repetitive process that saves hours of manual work, redesign a workflow to make teams more efficient, or build an internal tool that helps people make faster, smarter decisions.

To set you up for success, you'll go through a structured onboarding program designed to build deep context on Rokt's products, systems, and operating model - so you can start contributing quickly and grow into driving meaningful impact.

REQUIREMENTS

What you'll do:

* Streamline & automate Ops workflows: Identify inefficiencies across launch, QA, monitoring, troubleshooting, approvals, and operational processes. Design and implement AI-enabled automations that reduce time and errors.

* Build internal tools: Create and deploy tools (often AI-assisted) that improve decision-making, increase visibility, and remove bottlenecks for Ops and our cross-functional partners.

* Improve speed + quality outcomes: Measure the impact of what you ship, iterate quickly, and help drive improvements against our team goals.

* Collaborate with stakeholders: Partner closely with teams like GTM, Solutions, Product, and Engineering to understand pain points, align on outcomes, and land changes that stick.

* Get trained at speed: Learn the ins and outs of Rokt’s platform and internal tools through hands-on work, then use that context to accelerate via automation and better systems.

* Self-starter with ownership: You take ideas from concept to implementation. When you spot a problem, you build toward a solution and own the outcome.

* Adaptable & resilient: You’re comfortable with ambiguity. You iterate quickly when something doesn’t work.

* Collaborative communicator: You work well with diverse teams and can explain complex ideas simply. You handle feedback with humility and can bring others along.
