About the Role

We are hiring an AI & ML Engineer Intern / Field AI Engineer to improve client-facing AI and data workflows.

This role is ideal for final-year Master’s students or recent graduates who build from first principles and think AI-native. A strong fit is someone who can combine AI engineering, strong SQL, data science fundamentals, and client-facing communication.

You will work closely with client teams to understand business needs, configure AI workflows, analyze data, improve outputs, and help clients use AI systems effectively.

What You’ll Work On

* Work directly with client teams to understand business needs, data workflows, and implementation requirements

* Build, configure, and improve AI-driven workflows using LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and agent frameworks

* Write and optimize SQL queries across enterprise datasets

* Translate client requirements into clear technical workflows and implementation steps

* Analyze AI outputs, identify gaps, and improve workflow accuracy

* Support testing, feedback collection, and iteration during client engagements

* Communicate technical concepts clearly to client and internal teams

Required Skills

* Strong Python programming

* Strong SQL experience, including joins, aggregations, CTEs, query debugging, and database fundamentals

* Solid AI/ML and data science fundamentals

* Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, vector databases, RAG, or AI agents

* Hands-on experience with LangGraph and familiarity with LangChain or similar agent frameworks

* Experience working with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, or similar data science tooling

* Ability to analyze model outputs and improve accuracy through testing and iteration

* Strong communication skills for client-facing technical work

Preferred

* Final-year Master’s student or recent graduate in Computer Science, AI, ML or Data Science only

* Experience with NL-to-SQL and working with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other data platforms

* Familiarity with embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, ontologies, or knowledge graphs

* Experience with FastAPI, REST APIs, Git, Docker, AWS, or GCP

* Healthcare, regulated data, or enterprise software experience

* GitHub, research, or project work showing real AI/ML capability
