AI/ML Engineer

* 5+ years of Machine Learning / Applied ML experience

* 2+ years hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama, Mistral)

* Strong Python with PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers

* Production experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering

* Experience in LLM evaluation, A/B testing, regression testing, and quality metrics

* Knowledge of fine-tuning, MLOps/LLMOps, and model optimization is a plus
