AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and Generative AI solutions. This role involves working on mission-critical systems, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as LLMs, deep learning, and cloud platforms to drive business innovation and data-driven decision-making.

Required Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or ML Engineering

* Strong programming experience in Python (6+ years preferred) and Jupyter Notebooks

* Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks)

* Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and RAG frameworks

* Strong SQL skills with advanced querying techniques

* Experience with version control and CI/CD tools (Git, GitHub, Jenkins)

* Experience in developing, evaluating, and optimizing ML models

* Familiarity with MLOps tools and experiment tracking

* Knowledge of deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or chatbot development

* Experience with Hugging Face, LLaMA models, or similar frameworks

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

* Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI)

* Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs and advanced data modeling

* Experience in federated learning or privacy-preserving ML

* Understanding of UX and Human-AI interaction

* GPU programming experience

* Research publications or patents in AI/ML

* Experience with data visualization tools
