Full Description

* The expected base salary range for this position is $70/Hr - $80/Hr, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.

Overview:

* We are seeking a skilled AI Software Engineer to join a team of AI Engineers and Data Scientists within the SIAI department.

* This role focuses on building and deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions for risk, controls, and regulatory compliance.

* The ideal candidate has strong programming expertise, experience with production-ready AI systems, and a solid foundation in data engineering.

Must-Have Qualifications:

* 2-5 years of software engineering experience using Python and at least one of the following: Java, TypeScript, or Go

* Minimum 1 year of experience delivering production-ready enterprise AI solutions

* Strong foundational knowledge of data engineering and system integration

* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

* Experience working within a financial institution building enterprise solutions

* Additional expertise in:

* Programming languages beyond core requirements

* AI/ML technologies

* DevOps and cloud platforms

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-wide AI solutions for risk management, controls, and regulatory compliance

* Build and implement agentic AI systems using Python, Java, or TypeScript to automate processes in risk, audit, and cybersecurity

* Develop and support multi-agent systems, enabling autonomous agents to collaborate, manage shared state, and handle failures

* Build and maintain data pipelines and context layers using tools such as Spark, Databricks, Airflow, SQL/NoSQL, FastAPI, and GraphQL

* Apply generative AI techniques to automate workflows, including form filling based on structured and unstructured data

* Develop autonomous control testing frameworks to enhance system reliability and compliance
