AI/ML Engineer - Pharmacy Modernization

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions to modernize core pharmacy platforms, focusing on scalability, reliability, performance, and security.

* Leverage Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI frameworks to automate and enhance pharmacy workflows and decision-making processes.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate pharmacy domain requirements into robust AI/ML-driven technical solutions.

* Contribute to architecture and technical design of AI/ML pipelines, including model selection, data integration, and deployment patterns.

* Establish and maintain AI/ML engineering standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.

* Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster modern AI/ML engineering practices.

* Partner with cross-functional teams (data scientists, product managers, platform engineers) to translate legacy modernization needs into scalable AI applications.

* Monitor and optimize AI/ML model performance and platform reliability in collaboration with DevOps teams.

Required Qualifications

* Experience: 5+ years as a software engineer or AI/ML engineer delivering cloud-based solutions.

* Cloud Platforms: 5+ years of experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

* Programming: 5+ years of experience in Python, Golang, JavaScript, or Java.

* AI/ML Development: 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks, model development, and deployment.

* Generative AI: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI solutions.

* System Design: Experience building distributed systems and cloud-native AI/ML applications.

* Security: 1+ years of experience with security and compliance in cloud environments.

* Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities across technical and non-technical teams.
