AI/ML Engineer (15+ Years)

Role : AI/ML Engineer

Location : Remote - Canada/ USA ( Only EST Time Zone)

JD :

* Master’s degree with 4+ years of industry experience in AI/ML.

* Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Healthcare AI/ML applications.

* Proven experience delivering enterprise SaaS products through multiple production releases.

* Hands-on experience working with healthcare datasets such as EHR, ADT, clinical notes, or other healthcare data systems

* Strong programming expertise in Python; knowledge of Java or other programming languages is an added advantage.

* Strong SQL and data engineering skills for AI/ML applications.

* Experience with big data technologies such as Azure Data Lake, Apache Spark, or Databricks.

* Solid understanding of transformer architectures and LLM-based applications.

* Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and PEFT methods such as LoRA and QLoRA.

* Experience using AI/ML frameworks and libraries including:

* Hugging Face Transformers

* PyTorch

* Scikit-learn

* NumPy

* Pandas

* SciPy

* LightGBM

Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platforms.

Familiarity with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable ML deployment architectures.

Strong communication, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively in distributed and cross-functional teams.
