About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Architect to design and lead the development of enterprise-scale artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. This role will be responsible for building scalable AI/ML architectures, defining best practices, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, production-ready AI-driven products.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust AI/ML systems that integrate seamlessly with enterprise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

* Design end-to-end AI/ML architectures, including data pipelines, model development, deployment, and monitoring

* Translate business requirements into scalable and secure AI/ML technical solutions

* Evaluate, select, and implement AI/ML frameworks, tools, and platforms

* Define best practices, standards, and governance for AI/ML model development and deployment

* Lead and mentor teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and developers

* Ensure AI/ML systems are scalable, secure, maintainable, and production-ready

* Integrate AI/ML models with enterprise applications and IT infrastructure

* Architect and implement cloud-based AI/ML solutions using modern platforms

* Support big data processing, feature engineering, and data pipeline design

* Drive innovation using advanced AI techniques including Agentic AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and Deep Learning

Mandatory Requirements

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field

* Proven experience as an AI/ML Architect, Machine Learning Engineer, or Data Scientist

* Strong expertise in:

* Machine Learning and Deep Learning

* Natural Language Processing (NLP)

* Computer Vision

* Agentic AI architectures

* Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks:

* TensorFlow

* PyTorch

* Scikit-learn

* Experience with cloud AI/ML platforms:

* AWS SageMaker

* Azure Machine Learning

* Google AI Platform

* Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java

* Experience with big data technologies and data pipeline architecture

* Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows

* Strong understanding of production-grade ML system deployment

* Stable career history (No job hoppers)

* Must be willing to work hybrid in Plano, TX
