Role Description | What You'll Do
We're looking for an Algorithm Intern with a strong interest in Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and intelligent data applications to join our AI x BI platform development team. You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams and actively contribute to the research and optimization of core algorithm modules. You will:
1. Integrate and optimize Large Language Models (such as GPT, Claude, DeepSeek) for intelligent Q&A, data analysis, and report generation scenarios.
2. Support the development and performance optimization of algorithm modules in Java-based backend systems.
3. Implement and optimize model interaction mechanisms including Prompt Engineering, Chain-of-Thought, and Tool-Calling.
4. Assist in developing and testing data-driven Agentic AI workflows (including Planner, Memory, Critic Agent modules).
5. Conduct lightweight algorithm modeling based on business requirements, such as metric prediction, data matching, and knowledge extraction tasks.
6. Analyze product behavioral data and participate in metric definition and user behavior modeling.
Ideal Skillset | What We're Looking For
1. Familiarity with mainstream Large Language Models (such as GPT-4, Claude, Mistral) and their API usage.
2. Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python preferred) with understanding of basic data structures and algorithms.
3. Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities, capable of quickly understanding business requirements and translating them into algorithmic solutions.
4. Self-motivated, eager to explore, and willing to refine technical skills through practical applications.
5. Understanding of BI and data analysis product formats.
6. Foundation in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Information Retrieval (IR).
7. Experience with Prompt Engineering / LLM fine-tuning techniques.
Preferred:
1. Knowledge of Agentic AI architectures (such as Auto-GPT, LangGraph, CrewAI).
2. Hands-on experience with LLM integration or Agent construction (such as LangChain, Transformers).
3. Independent completion of small-scale algorithm projects or competition experience (such as Kaggle, algorithm competitions).
4. Experience with knowledge graphs, semantic parsing, Text2SQL, or related technologies.
