The Role

We’re hiring a dedicated Junior AI Content Maker —a storyteller and artist at their core who gets a genuine rush from putting something out into the world and watching it connect with an audience.

This person joins the production team to bring creative concepts to life using generative AI tools and their editing expertise—quickly, inventively, and with strong artistic instincts. They’ll use tools like Kling, Veo 3, Midjourney, and whatever comes next to generate, iterate, and refine visual content. They’ll edit with Premiere Pro or CapCut and composite and retouch in Photoshop.

They’ll be a core part of how we prototype concepts, produce short-form content, and push the boundaries of what our team can create. This is not a role for someone who waits to be told which tool to use. It’s for someone who hunts down solutions, stays ahead of the curve on new platforms, and brings relentless creative energy to every project.

What You’ll Do

Create & Produce

* Use generative AI tools (Kling, Veo 3, Midjourney, and others) to generate, iterate, and refine visual content from concept to delivery

* Edit and assemble content in Premiere Pro and/or CapCut with strong command of pacing, emotion, and storytelling

* Composite, retouch, and refine assets in Photoshop to get every frame right

* Prototype creative concepts and produce short-form content that pushes the boundaries of what our team can make

Innovate & Problem-Solve

* Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI platforms and creative tools—hunt down what’s new and figure out how to use it

* Bring a MacGyver mentality to every project: if one tool doesn’t get you there, chain together whatever it takes until the result is right

* Be resourceful, inventive, and obsessive about the finish line

Collaboration & Delivery

* Partner with the production team, creatives, and strategists to bring ideas to life

* Work fast without sacrificing quality—move with urgency and creative care

* Take feedback and use it to sharpen the work, not just change it

Who You Are

* At your core, a storyteller and artist—you love movies, you study them, and you make them

* A skilled editor with 1+ years of hands-on experience in Premiere Pro and/or CapCut, plus Photoshop proficiency

* Actively working with generative AI image and video tools for at least 6 months—platforms like Kling, Veo 3, Midjourney, and others

* A portfolio of generative AI work you’re proud of—at least 5 original pieces built from scratch, visible on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube

* Resourceful and inventive—you have a MacGyver mentality when it comes to workflow and tooling

* Excited by a startup mentality—hands-on, curious, all-in

* Collaborative, proactive, and positive—you make the team better, not just the work

Compensation

This is a full-time, salaried position. We're based in New York. You can be based anywhere.
