AI MAAS Business Development Manager-Paris
Alibaba CloudKey Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and develop relationships with AI Native companies, AI startups, research institutions, and enterprises pursuing AI transformation in France and broader European markets
Drive revenue growth for Alibaba Cloud's MaaS offerings, including Qwen (Tongyi) model family, PAI platform, and GPU computing services
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for AI/ML products tailored to the European market
Build a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, industry events, ecosystem partnerships, and referral networks
Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to deliver customized proposals and product demonstrations
Negotiate and close deals, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and localization efforts
Represent Alibaba Cloud at AI conferences, meetups, and industry forums across Europe
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within cloud computing, AI/ML, or enterprise software industries
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, including large language models, generative AI, and model training/inference workflows
Existing network within the AI startup ecosystem or enterprise AI community is highly preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; French fluency is essential
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
