AI Growth Intern

We’re hiring a part-time AI Growth Intern at TrueGen AI, a fast-growing AI startup building AI agents for enterprise teams.

We build AI systems that help companies automate and improve real business workflows. Our core product is Clara, an AI SDR agent that engages website visitors, runs personalized demos, and helps convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline.

We’re early-stage, fast-moving, and focused on one thing: scaling AI products that actually get used in the real world.

What you’ll do

This is a high-experimentation, hands-on role focused on learning how startups grow from zero.

You’ll work directly with the founding team on things like:

* Testing and iterating LinkedIn content and growth ideas

* Engaging with founders, operators, and AI builders online

* Supporting outbound experiments and audience building

* Identifying interesting people, companies, and communities in AI

* Helping increase visibility for the product through creative growth loops

* How AI startups actually acquire attention and users

* How founders think about distribution and positioning

* How to build an online presence in tech and AI ecosystems

* How to identify and engage high-signal people in startups
