About the Role

We are hiring an AI Governance & Cybersecurity Specialist to lead the implementation of secure, compliant, and controlled AI-enabled systems across our products and infrastructure.

This role combines hands-on cybersecurity execution with AI governance oversight, ensuring that systems are not only secure but also operating within defined risk and compliance boundaries.

You will work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure security and governance are embedded into the design, development, and deployment lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

* Embed security and governance controls into products, APIs, and systems

* Define and enforce AI usage policies, risk controls, and access boundaries

* Perform threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and security testing

* Secure cloud infrastructure, data flows, and system integrations

* Monitor systems, respond to incidents, and maintain audit trails

* Ensure compliance with security and AI governance standards

Required

* 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or governance

* Strong knowledge of:

* Application & API security

* Cloud security architectures

* Identity & access management

* Experience with:

* Threat modeling and risk assessment

* Security testing and incident response

* Familiarity with AI/LLM systems and associated risks

Nice to Have

* Experience in AI governance or responsible AI frameworks

* Knowledge of AI-specific threats (prompt injection, model misuse)

* Experience with DevSecOps / Secure SDLC

* Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH
