About The Role

We're looking for AI Ethics Reviewers to evaluate AI-generated content for bias, safety issues, and ethical concerns — helping ensure that AI is fair, responsible, and safe for everyone.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with sharp critical thinking and a genuine interest in fairness and social impact. No formal ethics or AI background required.

What You'll Do

* Review AI-generated content and outputs for bias, stereotypes, and harmful material

* Evaluate whether AI responses are safe and appropriate for diverse, real-world audiences

* Flag ethical concerns and provide clear, structured written feedback

* Apply fairness and safety guidelines consistently across a wide range of topics and content types

* Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

* Genuinely interested in fairness, ethics, social impact, or responsible technology

* Strong critical thinker who can consider multiple perspectives and cultural contexts

* Attentive to nuance — you notice what others miss

* Culturally aware and sensitive to how content lands across different communities

* Clear and confident written communicator

* No formal background in AI, ethics, or social science required

Nice to Have

* Experience in journalism, policy, social work, education, or advocacy

* Familiarity with AI tools or content moderation concepts

* Background in philosophy, sociology, psychology, or related fields
