About the Role

Adgentic is hiring an AI Engineer to build and maintain our high-fidelity image generation engine. We are looking for a specialist who can deliver consistent, object-accurate, and photorealistic results at scale using modern agentic development workflows.

While our current stack involves ComfyUI, FastAPI, and RunPod, we are looking for an expert to own the technical direction and ensure our pipeline is the most efficient and accurate for our needs.

The Role

* Production Pipelines: Build and maintain image generation workflows with a strict focus on realism, reference-image adherence, and object accuracy.

* Technical Ownership: Evaluate and implement the best tools for the job (e.g., ComfyUI, Diffusers, or custom inference scripts).

* Scalable Infrastructure: Deploy and optimize models via FastAPI on RunPod (or equivalent GPU providers).

* Agentic Software Engineering: Master of Claude-centric development; utilizing agentic patterns and AI-native workflows to build and iterate on complex system logic.

Technical Requirements

* AI Engineer First: Deep experience with generative models (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Flux, Nano Banana, Qwen) and auxiliary conditioning tools (ControlNet, IP-Adapter) to achieve precise reference-image adherence.

* Backend Engineer: Solid engineering fundamentals are mandatory. You should be comfortable architecting robust systems. Experience in Python and TypeScript is a significant plus.

* AI-Native Workflow: Expert-level use of AI coding tools and a focus on agentic development (spec-driven, autonomous task handling, and rapid iteration).

* DevOps/Infrastructure: Experience with Docker and managing GPU-based production environments.
