Xcede are proud to partner with a global energy and sustainability business operating across 20 countries with over 6,300 employees and €1.2 billion in revenue. Their products and services are used across 14 million homes and commercial properties worldwide. The business is now actively scaling its AI engineering function and building out production AI systems that will operate at genuine scale.

The Role

You will join a cross-functional product team building AI-powered products for a large residential and commercial customer base. The focus is on conversational AI and voicebot systems built on LangGraph, with broader agentic use cases expanding as the platform grows.

What You Will Be Doing

* Designing and implementing agentic workflows combining deterministic logic with LLM based reasoning

* Building and optimising RAG pipelines and integrating external systems

* Evaluating architecture approaches for performance, scalability and reliability

* Developing prompt engineering standards and agent evaluation frameworks

* Monitoring and improving live agents in production

* Translating business requirements into technical solutions with measurable impact

What We Are Looking For

* Hands on experience with LangGraph or similar LLM orchestration frameworks

* Strong Python skills and cloud experience (Azure, AWS or GCP)

* Background in data science or machine learning moving into AI engineering

* Experience designing and executing agentic evaluation frameworks

* Minimum C1 German with strong English essential
