We’re searching for a builder-leader who combines strong engineering skills with a passion for AI and a drive to improve processes with AI.

Responsibilities

* Develop and apply advanced algorithms to the exciting and rapidly evolving domain of AI based Automations Agents.

* Design and own the systems that enable fast experimentation with LLMs, agents, and automation workflows.

* Investigate, implement and share new AI technologies and ideas.

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in software engineering (Python, Node.js, Go, or similar).

* 2+ years of experience of software development, with a focus on algorithm design and validation.

* Hands-on experience building or integrating AI tools, APIs, or agents.

* Familiarity with LLM-based patterns such as RAG, Agentic workflows, production level prompt-engineering.

* Great communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

* Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure

Advantages

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field

* Experience with simulation-driven synthetic data generation is a plus

* Familiarity with real-time monitoring and optimization techniques for AI systems is highly advantageous
