Responsibilities

* Design and iterate on autonomous AI agents capable of navigating complex, multi-step environments to deliver meaningful user outcomes

* Architect and optimize prompt engineering pipelines and multi-agent coordination systems that power core product features

* Integrate LLMs into the Jobright platform with a focus on response quality, latency, and reliability at scale

* Partner closely with product and engineering to turn user requirements into robust, AI-driven features

* Build and maintain RAG systems and contribute to model fine-tuning efforts that improve agent accuracy and contextual relevance

Qualifications

Required

* Recent grad or early-career engineer (0–2 years) with a degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical discipline

* Solid command of Python and hands-on experience with LLM APIs - OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source alternatives via Hugging Face

* Working knowledge of agentic architectures, prompt chaining, and the evolving generative AI landscape

* Strong software engineering fundamentals: RESTful APIs, async programming, and Git-based workflows

* Must be based in and authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

* Internship or project experience building AI applications, chatbots, or agent-based systems

* Exposure to agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or similar orchestration tools

* Experience with vector databases and semantic search pipelines

* Familiarity with front-end or full-stack development to help close the loop between AI logic and the user interface
