* Role: AI Engineer

* Location: Remote

* Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $130,000 – $220,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring an AI Engineer to design, build, and ship AI-powered features and systems. The role works at the intersection of machine learning, software engineering, and product — turning model capabilities into real product value.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, fine-tune, and deploy AI/ML models in production

- Integrate large language models and other AI capabilities into product features

- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure model performance

- Partner with ML researchers and software engineers on system design

- Monitor model performance and iterate on prompts, fine-tuning, and architectures

- Maintain reliable, scalable inference infrastructure

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3+ years building and deploying machine learning systems in production

- Strong Python skills and familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar

- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)

- Working knowledge of vector databases, RAG, and prompt engineering

- Experience with cloud ML infrastructure (AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex, etc.)

- Solid software engineering fundamentals
