They are seeking a Staff AI Software Developer to join their team, executing an AI strategy focused on designing and implementing advanced AI solutions.

The Role

• Design and implement Generative AI agents and applications, including developing and implementing data pipelines.

• Develop APIs to make generative AI agents, data, and models accessible, adhering to software engineering best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to deliver end-to-end GenAI solutions.

• Participate in the design, coding, unit testing, debugging, and integration efforts for large features.

• Stay current with the latest AI research and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

• Communicate complex AI concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent relevant work experience.

• Minimum of 6 years of Software Engineering experience, with a strong focus on application development.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in application development using Python, with JavaScript or Java experience being a plus.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience building AI applications using Generative AI, with a proven track record of deploying GenAI solutions to production.

• Expertise with at least one major cloud computing platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and NoSQL databases, with familiarity with LLMs and AI agent frameworks.
