1. Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer with strong Python expertise and practical experience in Generative AI technologies. The candidate will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications, AI agents, and intelligent automation solutions.

Responsibilities

* Build AI/GenAI applications using Python.

* Develop RAG-based solutions using embeddings, vector databases, and document retrieval.

* Integrate LLMs such as:

* OpenAI GPT

* Anthropic Claude

* Google Gemini

* Develop APIs and microservices using FastAPI or Flask.

* Build AI agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.

* Integrate enterprise platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft Graph API, Snowflake, databases, and internal APIs.

* Deploy scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services AWS.

* Implement logging, monitoring, RBAC, security, and governance controls.

2. Required Technical SkillsCore Skills

* 5+ years of experience in Python development.

* Strong knowledge of:

* Python

* FastAPI / Flask

* REST APIs

* SQL / NoSQL

* Hands-on experience with:

* LLMs and Generative AI

* RAG architecture

* Prompt engineering

* Embeddings and vector search

* AI orchestration frameworks

* Azure OpenAI

Cloud & DevOps

* Experience with:

* Docker

* Kubernetes

* CI/CD pipelines

* GitHub / Azure DevOps

* Cloud services on Azure or AWS

3. Preferred Qualifications & Soft SkillsPreferred Qualifications

* Experience with multi-agent AI systems and AI orchestration platforms.

* Familiarity with vector databases such as PGVector, Pinecone, AstraDB, or Weaviate.

* Experience with enterprise integrations including:

* SharePoint

* Microsoft Graph API

* Snowflake

* Databricks

* Understanding of AI security, governance, and enterprise compliance.
