Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer to join our growing team. This role will focus on designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI and machine learning solutions, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically strong, and passionate about applying AI to solve real-world business problems. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, solution architects, and data engineers to build scalable, production-ready AI systems, while staying at the forefront of emerging technologies in AI/ML.

Key Responsibilities

* AI Model Development: Design and develop Generative AI models using modern LLMs and frameworks (e.g., Azure AI, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn), ensuring scalable and high-performing solutions.

* Application Integration: Build and integrate AI/ML models into existing systems or develop new applications leveraging AI capabilities.

* Pipeline Development: Create and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines using version control and CI/CD processes to ensure reliability and scalability.

* RAG & Advanced Techniques: Apply advanced techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and chain-of-thought prompting to improve model performance and accuracy.

* Performance Optimization: Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI systems to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.

* Innovation & Research: Stay current with advancements in AI, including NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning, and apply new techniques where relevant.

* Responsible AI: Ensure solutions adhere to ethical AI standards, including fairness, transparency, and data privacy.

Requirements:

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).

* Experience:

* 1–3 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or machine learning roles

* 1–3 years of hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models

* Skills:

* Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java

* Experience with machine learning techniques (supervised, unsupervised, regression modeling)

* Experience with data wrangling, cleansing, and statistical analysis

* Familiarity with LLMs, RAG frameworks, and tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar

* Experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, OpenSearch)

* Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

* Certifications: N/A (not required)

* Other: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with LLM ecosystems such as Hugging Face, Claude, or similar model registries/APIs

* Exposure to advanced AI concepts such as reinforcement learning or agent-based systems

* Experience with DevOps practices for ML (MLOps)

* Familiarity with embedding models and vector search architectures

* Experience working in cross-functional or consulting-style environment
