The role

We are hiring AI Engineers to build and deploy AI systems for our clients.

You will work on real use cases across marketing, operations, and internal workflows, with a strong focus on agentic architectures and production delivery.

What you'll do

* Design and deploy RAG pipelines (structured extraction, chunking, embeddings, retrieval)

* Build AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and n8n

* Integrate external tools and MCPs into agent workflows

* Design multi-agent systems and orchestrate complex workflows

* Implement evaluation systems (LLM-as-a-judge, monitoring, metrics)

* Write clean, modular Python code and deliver production-ready systems

Mid-level profile (2–3 years)

* 2 to 3 years of experience in software development

* Strong foundations in Python and software development practices (architecture, versioning, code review)

* Solid understanding of LLMs, APIs, and core ML concepts

* Hands-on experience with agentic or generative AI systems (RAG, agents, orchestration)

* Ability to take ownership and ship

Senior profile (4–5+ years)

* 4 to 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on AI systems

* Proven track record building and deploying AI systems in production

* Deep expertise in agentic and generative AI architectures: RAG, agents, distributed workflows

* Ability to design end-to-end architectures and deliver independently

* Experience on technically complex, high-stakes projects

For both profiles

* Graduate from a top French or European engineering school (École Polytechnique, CentraleSupélec, Mines ParisTech, ENS, EPFL, ETH Zürich, or equivalent)

* Strong problem-solving mindset

* Ability to move from idea to working system

* Genuine interest in real-world applications, beyond experimentation

* Experience with cloud infrastructure: GCP, Azure, or AWS
