2. About the Opportunity:
The AI Enablement Lead, Talent & Leadership Development is responsible for building and scaling learning systems that integrate AI and automation to enhance talent development. This role designs innovative, AI-powered learning experiences and transforms traditional event-based programs into continuous, embedded development solutions. The position drives impact across global teams by addressing business challenges with scalable learning initiatives and advancing employee growth through data-driven, agent-supported programs.
3. Responsibilities:
• Own and expand flagship talent development programs such as career development, manager enablement, onboarding, and talent acceleration
• Design and implement AI-enabled learning tools including copilots, assistants, mentoring networks, and personalized pathways
• Transition programs from event-based to continuous, embedded learning in the flow of work
• Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and technical teams to create scalable development solutions
• Lead global programs across multiple functions and regions
• Develop and test new AI-driven learning methods using agents, automation, and knowledge systems
• Use data, experimentation, and analytics to identify skills gaps, track adoption, and measure impact
• Continuously improve program effectiveness through pilots, testing, and iteration
4. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years managing global learning, talent, or people programs in fast-paced or scaling organizations
• Proven experience building scalable programs beyond workshop facilitation (onboarding, leadership, or talent development)
• Strong systems thinking to design solutions that serve thousands of employees
• Practical experience using AI tools such as copilots, knowledge assistants, automation workflows, or analytics in learning or employee experience contexts
• Ability to experiment with and prototype new solutions with limited resources
• Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to problem prioritization and evaluation
• Skilled in stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders
• Clear communication skills to translate business needs into scalable development solutions
• Experience in technology or high-growth environments preferred
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Zone 1 Pay Range $156,600—$215,250 USD
• Zone 2 Pay Range $140,900—$193,700 USD
• Actual compensation will vary based on candidate skills, experience, certifications, and location
• Total compensation may include annual performance bonus, equity, and other benefits
