About The Collective AI
The Collective AI exists to bring the Empowered Enterprise to life.
We help leaders stop chasing AI and start designing organizations that can actually use it. In a market crowded by hype, fatigue, and fragmented pilots, we create clarity, capability, and confidence. Our work integrates strategy, governance, people enablement, and measurable value creation so AI becomes reality rather than aspiration.
Most organizations believe that deploying AI tools and platforms creates value. Experience shows otherwise. We believe value is created when people understand how AI reshapes workflows, decision-making, and accountability within an empowered enterprise.
About the Role
We are seeking a AI Enablement Consultant to advise enterprise and mid-market organizations on responsible AI adoption, organizational readiness, and enterprise value realization.
You will work with executives, transformation leaders, IT stakeholders, and business unit owners to ensure AI initiatives are strategically aligned, responsibly governed, and operationally integrated. You will be embedded within client environments to assess readiness, shape adoption strategy, guide executive alignment, and support responsible AI integration across functions.
This role is designed for seasoned consultants who understand that AI enablement is a leadership challenge before it is a technical one.
