Your Role And Responsibilities

As an AI Enablement and Training Lead, you are a seasoned professional with deep expertise in supporting both sales and delivery of services across cloud, data, and AI domains. You possess a strong understanding of complex, multi-practice engagements and are skilled in articulating integrated solutions that span advisory, engineering, and operational capabilities.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

* Design and Deliver AI Training: Draw upon AI technical expertise to design, develop, and deliver training to support teams across Sectors and accelerate AI outcomes for clients.

* Stay up to date on emerging AI tools and best practices, and update curriculum regularly.

* Lead Billable Client Activities: Manage and deliver billable client activities, ensuring financial success in engagements and services revenue generation.

* Build Training Assets and Engagement Forums: Create instructional materials such as guides, tutorials, videos, and hands‑on exercises.

* Identify Training Priorities and Hone Training Strategy: Assess training needs across teams and tailor programs for different skill levels and job functions. Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to integrate AI skills into broader learning strategies

* Lead Sector Events: Engage in sector, solution, or community events to educate practitioners on industry trends and best practices.Support Revenue Growth: Focus on delivering financial success in engagements and services revenue generation, driving growth and innovation for clients.

This role can be performed from anywhere in the U.S.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

* AI Technical Proficiency: Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, with the ability to design and deliver AI-powered solutions that meet client needs. Strong understanding of AI concepts and practical applications, especially generative AI tools.

* Technical Training Expertise: Experience in training, instructional design, or adult learning. Ability to explain technical topics in simple, accessible language

* Public Speaking Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

* Training Strategy Expertise: Background in creating training strategy to serve multiple stakeholder groups across hybrid environment.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

* 5+ years of recent, hands-on experience in data engineering, machine learning, or AI-related roles

* Significant AI/ML expertise: Hands-on experience with AI/ML and Generative AI (LLMs, RAG), including building, fine-tuning, and integrating models into real-world applications

* Agentic AI & workflows: Experience developing or working with agent-based AI solutions (e.g., Amazon Bedrock or similar platforms)

* Exercise and use case design experience: Proven ability to design hands‑on exercises and real‑world use cases for learners

* Change Management expertise: Knowledge of change management principles related to technology adoption
