AI Enablement & Adoption Engineer

We are looking for a AI Enablement & Adoption Engineer who excels at helping enterprises successfully adopt Gemini Enterprise and turn Generative AI into real, measurable business value.

The primary objective of this role is to drive adoption, usage, and measurable business value from Gemini Enterprise within client organizations. Beyond enablement, this role is critical in identifying, shaping, and quantifying high-impact AI opportunities by connecting business problems with the right AI solutions. You will act as a bridge between Gemini Enterprise capabilities and business users, while also uncovering opportunities for broader AI-led transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead discovery workshops with business leaders and IT stakeholders to uncover high-value opportunities for Gemini Enterprise and Agentic AI

* Conduct deep-dive discovery conversations to understand business processes, inefficiencies, and operational pain points

* Analyze and break down workflows to identify AI and automation opportunities based on effort vs. business impact

* Design practical Gemini Enterprise and agentic AI solutions that solve real business problems while balancing scalability, cost, security, and maintainability

* Build and deliver compelling Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to demonstrate both business value and technical feasibility

* Drive Gemini Enterprise adoption programs, including:

* Hands-on enablement sessions for business teams (Finance, Operations, Marketing, etc.)

* Regular office hours to support users and resolve challenges

* Ongoing engagement to improve activation, usage, and adoption

* Support users in applying AI tools to day-to-day workflows such as document analysis, reporting, and decision-making

* Guide users on effective prompting techniques to ensure high-quality, consistent outputs

* Translate complex AI concepts into simple, business-friendly language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

* Define and track measurable ROI, including: Cost savings and productivity gains, Headcount efficiency and time reduction, Risk mitigation and process improvements

* Support executive reporting by tracking adoption metrics, usage trends, and business outcomes from AI initiatives

* Partner with internal teams to convert identified opportunities into scalable AI solutions and broader engagements

Requirements:

* Experience in AI solution engineering, customer engineering, or technical enablement roles.

* Proven success leading customer workshops and enablement programs that drive real adoption and usage (not just demos).

* Strong ability to simplify Generative AI and agentic concepts for business stakeholders and non-technical users.

* Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, preferably in enterprise environments (Gemini, Vertex AI, or similar platforms).

* Demonstrated ability to quantify hard ROI and tie AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — confident presenting to CXOs and facilitating workshops.

* Experience working with Google Cloud ecosystem is strongly preferred.

* Ability to quickly learn and evaluate new AI capabilities for enterprise readiness.
