As a consultant within the Vertical team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.
Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Hands-on Architect with deep expertise in AWS-native development, Kubernetes, and AI-assisted engineering practices. This role requires a strong blend of architecture, coding, and delivery leadership, with the ability to leverage AI tools for research, development acceleration, and quality assurance.
Experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions on AWS using modern design patterns
Apply AI-driven approaches (secondary research, code generation, code review, and optimization) to improve delivery efficiency and quality
Lead development efforts with hands-on coding, particularly in AWS-native services and microservices architecture
Design and implement solutions using Kubernetes (EKS) and containerized environments
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, driving technical discussions and solution alignment
Mentor junior developers, review code, and ensure enterprise-grade quality standards
Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and data privacy standards, especially in healthcare environments
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture
Strong expertise in AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
Proficiency in AI-assisted development tools and workflows
Strong coding experience in Python, Java, or Node.js
Proven ability to lead client conversations and articulate technical solutions
Experience mentoring teams and driving code quality and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences domains (HIPAA, clinical systems, etc.)
Exposure to MLOps / AI/ML pipelines
Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Terraform, Docker)
