We deploy real agents into real workfl ows. Our platform combines a proprietary AI stack with deep hands-on implementation. We integrate deeply into customer systems and go live in days, not months, building every agent from the ground up. AI runs through everything we do. We use it to build, orchestrate, evaluate, and continuously improve every agent we ship.

Based in Barcelona and operating across Europe and LatAm, we work with mid-market and enterprise customers across industries, tailoring each deployment to local languages, operational realities, and regulatory environments.

Your Mission

As an AI Deployment Strategist, you own the full lifecycle of the AI agents you deploy. You sit at the intersection of commercial, product, and engineering, ensuring our agents ship to production, create measurable value, and expand by unlocking new use cases within each customer. You are accountable from initial design to live performance.

You coordinate across Sales, Engineering, and Operations, align priorities, drive execution, remove blockers, and ultimately own the outcome. You operate at the core of Flyboard’s Revenue and Engineering teams, working closely with the founders to ensure every deployment meets our standards of excellence.

Think of yourself as the General Manager of each of your agents. You will be setting the direction, shaping key product decisions, driving execution, and being responsible for performance in production.

What You Will Do

* Own delivery end to end, from demo and requirements capture to production launch and ongoing optimization

* Partner closely with customers pre- and post-sale to understand workfl ows and translate business problems into agent behaviours

* Design, prototype, and iterate prompts and confi gurations to ensure reliable real-world performance

* Coordinate Engineering and Customer Success to integrate agents, steer pilots and production, and resolve issues fast

* Monitor live performance and drive quality, proactively identifying weaknesses and pushing improvements

* Lead rollout and adoption, presenting strategy and results to stakeholders from operators to executives

* Drive account expansion by identifying new workfl ows where AI agents can create measurable value

* Feed structured insights back to Product and Engineering to continuously improve the platform
