AI Data Engineer

Role Summary

These roles focus on building scalable, production ready data and AI solutions that remove manual effort from customer engagement workflows. Engineers will work closely with PMs and architects to design and implement systems that support both depth (1:1 customer engagements) and breadth (community programs).

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement data pipelines and AI enabled workflows supporting:

Customer research and preparation

Transcript processing and summarization

Telemetry analysis and insights generation

Work with client defined architectures and patterns, including:

* Azure data services (e.g., Cosmos DB, Kusto)

* AI enabled processing pipelines

* Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and semantic models that deliver clear, decision-ready executive insights.

* Identify and recommend opportunities where AI and automation can replace or streamline manual analysis

* Ensure analytics solutions are accurate, performant, and scalable across multiple teams and programs

* Translate PM-defined requirements into scalable technical solutions

* Ensure solutions are reusable across multiple customer scenarios (depth and breadth)

* Collaborate closely with app developers, PMs, and customer teams

Required Skills & Experience

Strong background in data engineering or AI engineering

Experience building solutions on Azure data platforms

Ability to work within defined architecture patterns while contributing technical insight

Experience supporting enterprise scale, internal systems

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI pipelines, cognitive services, or Copilot style architectures

Familiarity with KQL, telemetry systems, or large scale data ingestion
