Our client seeks an AI Consultant to educate stakeholders, lead ideation, and translate business needs into scalable AI solutions. The role requires strong communication, design-thinking facilitation, and proficiency in Python, machine learning, and AWS to shape and deliver impactful initiatives. You will collaborate across teams to prototype, validate, and present AI outcomes that improve operations, customer experience, and safety. You will guide adoption through trainings, workshops, and one-on-one engagements.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $70.00 to $80.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities

* Analyze and define client requirements and objectives for AI projects.

* Design and develop AI solutions using modern tools and frameworks.

* Provide technical guidance and support to clients and stakeholders.

* Communicate and present AI solutions and results to clients and stakeholders.

* Research and stay current on trends in AI and data science.

* Contribute to continuous improvement of AI processes and methodologies.

Experience Requirements

* At least 3 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science.

* Proficiency in Python for AI development.

* Knowledge of AWS services and tools for machine learning.

* Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

* Background working closely with stakeholders for front-end ideation of AI solutions.

* Experience applying AI to domains such as NLP, computer vision, recommender systems, or generative AI.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Ability to work independently and in a team.

Education Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.

* AWS certification (preferred).
