Role Summary

An AI Consultant role focused on educating stakeholders, leading ideation, and translating business needs into scalable AI solutions. The position requires strong communication skills, design-thinking facilitation, and technical proficiency to shape impactful initiatives in operations, customer experience, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze and define client requirements and objectives for AI projects.

* Design and develop AI solutions using modern tools and frameworks.

* Provide technical guidance and support to clients and stakeholders.

* Communicate and present AI solutions and results to clients.

* Research and stay current on trends in AI and data science.

* Guide adoption through trainings, workshops, and one-on-one engagements.

* Contribute to continuous improvement of AI processes.

Required Experience & Skills

* Experience: At least 3 years in AI, machine learning, or data science.

* Programming: Proficiency in Python for AI development.

* Cloud: Knowledge of AWS services and tools for machine learning.

* Frameworks: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

* Domains: Background in NLP, computer vision, recommender systems, or generative AI.

* Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and in a team; stakeholder management for front-end ideation.

Education Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

* Preferred: AWS Certification.
